Job Description - Online Customer Care Associate

We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Online Customer Care Associate to join our team at WESCO International in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through various online platforms to provide assistance and support with their inquiries, orders, and concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve overall customer satisfaction - Use creativity to find innovative solutions to complex customer problems


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Motivated and passionate about providing top-notch customer service
