Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at Express Scripts Holding in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Identify trends or patterns in customer feedback to improve products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and independent personality traits. 3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
