Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Customer Care Representative at Cardinal Health in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online customers. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs - Use strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs proactively - Provide persuasive and informative recommendations to customers based on their inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to uphold high standards of customer service - Act as a brand ambassador for Cardinal Health and promote our products and services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
