Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven, creative, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with online purchases, account management, and technical support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and drive customer retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
