Job Description - Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Deputy is seeking a reliable and energetic Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Experience with CRM software and online support tools. 5. People management skills and a cooperative attitude. 6. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. 7. Remote work flexibility with the option for part-time hours. 8. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
