Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at NCR in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online customer service operations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service staff - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to the team - Analyze customer service data and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team and pay attention to detail - Proficiency in online customer service tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
