Job Description:
Allstate is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As the Online Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and support. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service management role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 2. Lead, mentor, and train the online customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various online platforms. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 7. Implement and manage online chat support systems to enhance the customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer service management. 3. Strong project management and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in online customer service software and platforms. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Must be dedicated and committed to achieving company goals.
