Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


HCA Holdings, a leading healthcare company in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management and a proven track record of success in online customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service efficiency and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze online customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an online setting - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Independent and confident personality traits - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
