Online Customer Service Officer

TravelCenters of America is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

As an Online Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for processing online orders, managing customer accounts, and providing assistance with navigating the company's website. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent critical thinking skills and have the ability to adapt to change quickly. They must also be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. A background in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
