Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative


Job Description:


As an Online Customer Service Representative at Mutual of Omaha Insurance, located in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being resourceful and driven, as well as the soft skills of persuasion and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with policy information and claims processing online - Provide guidance on insurance products and services - Process transactions and update customer information accurately - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online platforms and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
