Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. We are looking for resourceful and energetic individuals who possess strong planning and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and other inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Keep updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure. 5. Experience using online customer service platforms and software. 6. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 7. Planning and project management skills.
