Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry with a globally recognized company.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing bookings, and providing information about hotel amenities and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive and memorable experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
