Online Customer Service Representative

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and social media platforms. - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Managing online orders, returns, and exchanges. - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly. - Demonstrated leadership skills in a customer service setting. - Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
