Job Description:
REA Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and confident personality.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and pricing - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with online transactions, including processing orders and refunds - Monitor online customer reviews and respond to feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Assist with ad-hoc projects related to online customer service and support
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms - Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing practices - A resilient and confident attitude when dealing with challenging situations
