Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Bed Bath & Beyond in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms. - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and policies to customers. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits are a must. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
