Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Essendant is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and who possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


As an Online Customer Service Specialist at Essendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This includes handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.


Key responsibilities include: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Processing customer orders and tracking shipments - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platform - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations


To succeed in this role, you must be resourceful and able to work independently, while also demonstrating strong teamwork and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
