Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Frontier Communications is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and dedicated personality, along with strong soft skills in innovation and time management.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to offer creative solutions to customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed established performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and technology - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Prior experience in telecommunications or related industry is a plus
