Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Genuine Parts in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are independent and resourceful, with strong strategic planning and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Assist with customer inquiries and problem resolution through online communication channels - Provide support to the Customer Success team in managing client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experiences - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning and project management skills - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
