Online Customer Success Associate

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

As an Online Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building with online customers. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone, providing product information and support, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and conducting customer surveys to gather feedback for process improvement.

In addition to your customer service duties, you will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and managing the online customer database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You must also have experience in people management, as you will be required to work closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals.
