Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


CST Brands is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, the Online Customer Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong leadership and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer relationships through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues. 3. Track customer feedback and work with the team to address any recurring problems. 4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer retention and increase online sales. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of new customer success initiatives. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
