Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at CIMIC Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and phone. 2. Provide assistance to customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve our customer support processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of customer service. 7. Assist in developing training materials and guides for customers.


Requirements: 1. Must be independent and self-motivated. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
