Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

As an Online Customer Success Manager at Expedia, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers in the Canberra, Australian Capital Territory area. You will be working part-time in an associate level role, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 2. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our online services. 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer retention and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and drive continuous improvement. 5. Provide training and support to colleagues on best practices for online customer success. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of customer interactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.
