Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at United Rentals in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Online Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through online channels - Act as the main point of contact for online customers, providing timely and efficient support - Analyze online customer behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Negotiate and resolve any customer issues or disputes in a professional and efficient manner - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online customer success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or related fields - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction in an online setting - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Passion for driving customer success and creating exceptional online experiences - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and results-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
