Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:


1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Lowe's online customers by providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction with Lowe's products and services. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty through personalized interactions and support. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Assist customers with online ordering, delivery scheduling, and product recommendations. 8. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve performance. 10. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals set by management.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 8 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online retail environment. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 8. Demonstrated experience in time management and people management. 9. Australian Capital Territory residency or ability to commute to Canberra. 10. Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
