Mirvac is seeking a passionate and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success and a strong background in online platforms. This is a part-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our online offerings. 4. Develop and implement tailored success plans for each customer, including training and support resources. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements and feature requests based on customer needs. 6. Monitor and track customer usage and engagement metrics to proactively address potential churn risks. 7. Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success to continuously improve our strategies.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in an online environment. 2. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong analytical and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. 5. Proven track record of driving customer success and retention. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience working with CRM and customer success tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
