Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Jones Financial is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Online Customer Success Officer in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and general inquiries. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system accordingly. 7. Work with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform. 8. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. 3. Excellent teamwork and time management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. 6. Motivated and dedicated to achieving success in a fast-paced environment.
