Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


Emerson Electric is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills, be confident in their abilities, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution


Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and confident personality - Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
