Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Success Specialist at Sonic Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless online experience for our customers. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter, and providing guidance on how to navigate our online platform effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and working collaboratively with other teams to implement these improvements.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform 3. Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively 4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience 5. Collaborate with other teams to implement improvements to the online platform 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities 3. Reliable and driven attitude 4. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers 5. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
