Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


The Online Customer Success Specialist at Western Refining in Sydney, New South Wales, AU will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in the online space. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess a motivated and energetic personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various online channels. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to increase customer engagement and retention. 4. Conduct research on customer preferences and trends to improve services and offerings. 5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive growth and revenue. 8. Provide product and service recommendations based on customer feedback and behavior.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Experience in e-commerce or online customer service is a plus. 6. Motivated and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. 7. Strong research skills and a cooperative mindset. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
