Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Edison International is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain accurate and updated customer records and information - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience - Assist in drafting responses to common customer inquiries and concerns - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms - Knowledge of CRM systems and online communication channels - Experience in the utilities or energy industry is a plus - Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
