Job Description:

As an Online Customer Support Associate at Entergy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers in Perth, Western Australia. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless online experience. Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through your interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints. 3. Assist customers with online orders, payments, and account management. 4. Educate customers on our products and services. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 7. Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the online customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Motivated and reliable individual. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
