Online Customer Support Associate

As an Online Customer Support Associate at Envision Healthcare Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, and phone communication - Provide technical support for online services and troubleshoot any customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations - Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Experience with online customer support software is a plus
