Job Description:
WellCare Health Plans is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles and demonstrate a strong work ethic and confidence in their abilities.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer-related issues and concerns - Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the online customer support team - Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to drive continuous improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field - Proven experience in managing online customer support teams - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Innovative mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer-related challenges - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results - Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
