Job Description:
Deputy is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online customer support representatives - Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Train and onboard new team members - Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively - Analyze customer support data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to cooperate with team members and work collaboratively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience using customer support software and tools - Knowledge of CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field preferred
