Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Lam Research is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be passionate and dedicated, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through email, chat, and social media platforms - Ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to inform continuous improvement efforts - Assist with the development of online support resources and training materials


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related role - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Teamwork and cooperation skills are essential
