Job Description:
As an Online Customer Support Officer at Lendlease Group in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive online experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues with online platforms and guiding customers through solutions. 3. Managing customer accounts and processing orders. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve online services. 5. Providing feedback to improve online customer experience. 6. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base to assist with common customer inquiries. 7. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Hardworking and motivated with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Experience working with online platforms and knowledge of e-commerce best practices. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
