Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job description:


SanDisk is currently seeking a motivated and driven Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in the online customer support process. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.


Requirements: 1. Must be driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service. 2. Attention to detail is a must in order to accurately address customer inquiries. 3. Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of basic computer applications and software. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
