Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Newell Brands is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service who are energetic, confident, and possess emotional intelligence and project management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online platforms including email, chat, and social media. 2. Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Assist with order processing, tracking, and returns. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve customer support processes.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and confident personality. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer support platforms. 7. Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
