Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cummins in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and returns. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide feedback to improve our online customer support processes and tools. 6. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Strong project management and strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
