Job Description:
Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level position with no required experience, this part-time role offers the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via online channels including email, live chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Communicate with customers to provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and process orders. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions. 6. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online. 7. Maintain a positive and resilient attitude in all customer interactions. 8. Assist in planning and executing online customer support strategies. 9. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
