Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Nearmap is seeking an Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with a desire to provide exceptional customer service in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing issues with our online platform - Educating customers on our products and services, and guiding them through the onboarding process - Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and reliable with a strong work ethic - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and think critically - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and platforms
