Job Description:
Owens-Illinois is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a similar role. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the online live chat operations for the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage the online live chat team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through live chat - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate chat support for various initiatives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online chat management - Provide regular reports and feedback to upper management on chat performance and metrics - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in online chat management or a related field - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems
