Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

As the Online Live Chat Manager at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America, you will be responsible for overseeing our online live chat platform and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for our customers. This part-time position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU is ideal for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and is looking to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of online chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy, and provide feedback for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the live chat platform - Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to align online chat initiatives with overall business goals - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online chat experience


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences - Resourceful problem-solver with strong communication skills - Creative thinker who can come up with innovative solutions to improve the live chat platform - Team player who can collaborate effectively with others and foster a spirit of cooperation
