Job Description - Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at JetBlue Airways in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an entry-level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for interacting with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance with booking flights, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide accurate and helpful information - Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and answering general inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Creative problem-solving skills - Strong leadership qualities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
