Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through online live chat.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize effective persuasion techniques to promote products and services to customers - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online chat process and customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role - Strong people management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers - Excellent persuasion skills to promote products and services - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving company goals - Must be located in Adelaide, South Australia
