Online Support Assistant

GrainCorp, a leading Australian agribusiness, is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience and a strong desire to support our online operations.

As an Online Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting customers with online inquiries, resolving technical issues, managing social media platforms, and supporting online marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the online support team to ensure a seamless online experience for our customers.

To excel in this role, you must be resourceful and independent, able to troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to customers. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. Additionally, you must possess strong persuasion skills and the ability to manage relationships with customers and colleagues effectively.

In terms of requirements, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or online support role. A background in marketing or digital communications is a plus.
