Job Description - Online Support Manager

Freeport-McMoRan is currently seeking a part-time Online Support Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers and clients via various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback and inquiries in a professional manner - Analyze data and trends to improve online support processes and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for online support


Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent research skills and ability to find creative solutions to customer problems - Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and trends - Experience in managing online support channels and interacting with customers online - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Knowledge of CRM software and online support tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
