Job Description - Online Support Manager

As the Online Support Manager at Reynolds American in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will be responsible for overseeing the online support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time position requires a seniority level of mid-to-senior, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead the online support team to provide exceptional customer service through various online platforms. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience online. - Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online support process.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 6 years of experience. - Driven and hardworking personality traits to motivate and inspire the team. - Strong critical thinking and communication skills to effectively problem-solve and communicate with customers. - Experience with online support platforms and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
