Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Support Officer to join our team at Dow Chemical in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and possess excellent people management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing online support strategies - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Knowledge of the chemical industry is a bonus - Must be eligible to work in Australia
