Job Description:
Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Support Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various communication channels. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshooting processes. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve online support processes to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Monitor online platforms for trends and opportunities to provide proactive support.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or online support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer support software. 5. Experience in people management and innovative problem-solving. 6. Driven and dedicated attitude towards achieving customer satisfaction. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic online support environment.
